Stress Management Through Breath

This will be the first of three presentations for a series by the Art of Living Foundation. This talk will cover the power of using breathing techniques to calm and rest the mind.

The other sessions will be on Monday, May 15 on Stress and Energy, and Monday, June 12 on Music and Meditation.

This series will combine the depth of ancient practices & modern day practicality.
